Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or special promotions, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. 

Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more are eligible for complimentary shipping as a token of our appreciation. Packages not eligible for free delivery will included insurance charges.

To ensure the safe delivery of your items, packages may require a signature upon receipt. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor your order every step of the way. Shipments will not be delivered to P.O. Box addresses. 

Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for the production of custom made to ship orders. You will receive a weekly update stating the progress of your order. Once production is complete, you'll receive an email with shipping details. 

LaFortunes Jewelry Designs is  not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and that any required signature upon delivery is arranged in advance.

Once you’ve chosen a piece, a purchase request will be sent to us for processing. After we confirm the item’s availability, you’ll receive an email approving your request, along with a secure payment link. All purchases are secured with encrypted payment processing to keep your information safe. 

After payment is completed, we’ll begin preparing your item for shipment. Please allow five to seven business days for processing and shipment.
