At Lafortune's Jewelry designs, great service is our priority. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and each piece is carefully crafted or selected and inspected for quality before it ships. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt and laboratory reports. 

Please note that items that have been sized, altered, engraved, custom-made, special ordered, or sold at a reduced price are not eligible for exchange.
